Ask anything, act on what comes back
What to expect from Ask iQ
Your dashboards are not going anywhere. Management and operational dashboards answer the questions you ask every week, on a schedule, in a view the whole team shares. That is what they are good at, and Ask iQ does not replace them.
Ask iQ is for the question that does not have a dashboard. The one that comes up in a meeting, or from a regional manager, or because you noticed something odd on a Tuesday and want to know whether it is a pattern. Those questions used to take days, so most of them never got asked.
Same fleet data, same permissions. You are not choosing between them.
An answer is only worth having if there is somewhere to go with it. Most Ask iQ answers end with a follow-up: see the coolers behind the number, with their outlets and their last known locations.
From there you are in iQ proper. Open a single cooler to check what the fleet view suggested. Pick up the action lists, which already gather the assets that are out of compliance. Send someone to the right outlet with something specific to look at, rather than a route to work through.
Ask iQ does not do any of that for you. What it does is take you from a question to a shortlist, in one place, with no export in between.
Point a general-purpose model at your data and it does not know what it is looking at. It has never read a cooler. It has no idea what a normal door-opening pattern looks like in a convenience store in Lagos, or why a compressor running longer in December in São Paulo means something different than it does in Warsaw. It has never seen a fleet.
We have. AoFrio has 24 years in commercial refrigeration and 14 years building IoT for it, and there are more than 3.7 million connected coolers in the field today. That experience is what we built into Ask iQ. It knows what a cooler is, what a bottler is, what a controller does, and what the signals coming off your equipment actually mean, because it was built by the people who make the hardware those signals come from.
The knowledge is ours. The data is yours. Ask iQ answers from your fleet and your fleet only.
Ask iQ answers questions and shows you where to look. It does not act on your fleet. Every decision stays yours, and the reasoning behind every answer is there to check. It answers from what your own coolers have recorded, and where those records are thin, it tells you. It only ever sees your data, never another customer’s.

FAQs
Ask iQ is an AI-powered fleet assistant built into AoFrio iQ. You ask a question about your fleet in plain language and it answers from your own cooler data. There is nothing to configure and no export to run.
Questions about what your connected coolers are doing: where they are, whether they have been seen recently, which ones keep running warm, which are not being opened, how much energy the fleet used. Ask it the way you would ask a colleague. It is built to handle plain questions, not a query syntax.
Your own connected coolers, and nothing else. Every answer about your assets is sourced from what your equipment is sending. Nothing is filled in from elsewhere and nothing is inferred from another customer’s data. Your data stays inside your tenancy, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything new without asking you first.
No. Ask iQ answers questions and shows you where to look. It does not act on your coolers. Remote actions in iQ stay where they are today, behind your existing permissions, and are taken by your people.
